The ICS Varsity Men's Basketball team participated in the 47th Annual El Paso High CD Jarvis Basketball Tournament.

They opened up play against the Coronado Thunderbirds on November 17th, and would be defeated by a score of 17-50. #30 Hector Perez led the Warriors with 11 points and #12 Elias Acuna led the team in rebounds with 7 boards on the day. 

The loss to Coronado moved the Warriors to the Consolation side of the bracket where they would face the Mt. View Lobos. The Warriors defeated the Lobos by a score of 50-40 on November 18th. #23 Daniel Brito had a double-double with 13 points and 10 rebounds while #12 Elias Acuna had 9 rebounds. #32 Noah Ayala had 7 rebounds and 5 assists in the game. 

On November 19th, the Warriors faced the Hanks Knights in the Consolation Championship. The Knights would top the Warriors by a score of 36-65. #11 Josiah Johnson had a team high 8 points, while also pulling down 7 boards in the contest. #32 Noah Ayala led the team in rebounds with 10 rebounds on the day. 

The results of this tournament leave the Varsity Men's Basketball team with a 2-3 record as they travel to Van Horn to face the Eagles on November 21st at 3:30 PM CST!
