On Thursday, November 3rd, the Varsity Flag Football team defeated the El Paso Christian Homeschool Panthers by a score of 12-6 in overtime, to win the 2022 SWCAA Flag Football Championship!

Junior Chris Muñoz came up with a key 4 tackles while Ricky Reyna had an interception and 3 tackles. On the offensive side Reyna threw for 77 yards and 2 touchdowns, while Freshman Jonas Laffan was the recipient of both touchdowns and 38 yards. 

The game winning drive ended with Quarterback Ricky Reyna rolling to the left and completing a 24 yard touchdown pass to Freshman Jonas Laffan in overtime, as the sun was setting. 

The Varsity Flag Football team finishes their season 7-3 and 2022 SWCAA Flag Football Champions! Congratulations on an awesome season Warriors!
