The Lady Warriors would defeat the Lady Angels on Thursday by a score of 58-40! #30 Hannah Ayala led the way on offense with 15 points, while #4 Juliana Hernandez and #25 McKenzie Hart dropped 14 points apiece. #30 Ayala completed her double-double pulling down 20 rebounds in the contest and 7 blocks, while #4 Hernandez had 4 steals in the game. On Friday, the Lady Warriors defeated Burton by a score of 60-43! #30 Hannah Ayala had 17 points while #25 McKenzie Hart had 16 and #4 Juliana Hernandez had 13. The Varsity Girls Basketball team now holds a record of 21-3 (4-2) and is currently tied for 2nd place in District, as they are set to face the Westlake Academy Lady Blacksmiths on Thursday and Friday, February 17th & 18th.
