For the first time in over 5 years, Varsity 6-Man Football has returned to ICS. On Friday, August 25th, the Warriors traveled to Alpine, TX, to face the Ft. Davis Indians on Randy Jackson Field at Sul Ross State University!
The Warriors would fall to the Indians by a score of 12-62.Â
Senior Quarterback #1 Ricky Reyna threw for 144 yards and 2 touchdowns. Freshman #5 Brayden Reyna had 71 receiving yards on 3 catches a touchdown, while Senior #21 Abel Velasquez had 45 receiving yards and a touchdown.Â
On defense, #11 Dicky Guillen had 3 tackles and #3 Ben Frecka had 2.5 tackles and 1 tackle-for-loss.Â
The Warriors will be back in action against the Van Horn Eagles on Friday, September 8th, in Van Horn!
