The Warriors expected to fare better than they did at the CD Jarvis El Paso High Tournament. They opened up pool play with games against Hanks and El Paso High. They would lose those matches by a score of 41-56 and 27-85 respectively. 

In the game versus the Hanks Knights, Noah Ayala had a team high 17 points and Ben Story had 13 points. Ayala led the team in rebounds with 9. Against El Paso High, Ayala led the team with 7 points. 

The team looked to bounce back against the El Dorado Aztecs, but dropped the game 21-53. Ayala had an impressive 14 rebounds in the game. 

The final game of the tournament saw the Warriors play their best basketball of the weekend, but was not enough to defeat the San Elizario Eagles, losing 30-40. Story was the leading scorer, with 14 points. Ayala led the team with rebounds and steals, compiling 7 and 4 respectively.
