The Immanuel Christian Warriors Varsity Tennis team delivered a strong performance in a challenging quad-match on January 31st, taking on the Fabens Wildcats, Loretto Angels, and Horizon Scorpions. The Warriors came away with two team victories, defeating Fabens (3-0) and Loretto (3-1) before falling in a hard-fought contest against Horizon (4-8).

Match Results & Individual Highlights

The Warriors started the day with a dominant 3-0 win over Fabens, followed by another 3-1 victory against Loretto. While Horizon proved to be a tough opponent, ICS still put up a competitive fight in an 8-4 loss.

Boys' Singles

    •    Patricio Jimenez and Gael Valenzuela each secured impressive 8-3 victories against Horizon.

    •    Adrian Carrillo was a standout performer, earning two wins against Fabens (8-7, 8-0).

    •    Roman Gomez battled hard but fell 1-8 to Horizon.

Girls' Singles

    •    Ana Terrazas dominated with two commanding wins: 8-1 over Loretto and 8-0 over Horizon.

    •    Nicole Haro picked up a solid 8-1 victory over Loretto but fell just short against Horizon (6-8).

    •    Valeria Quevedo fought valiantly but came up short 1-6 against Horizon.

Boys' Doubles
