The Immanuel Christian Warriors Varsity Tennis team delivered an impressive 6-2 victory over the Parkland Matadors on February 18th, continuing their strong season with another well-rounded performance. Behind dominant singles play and key doubles wins, the Warriors controlled the match from start to finish.

In boys' singles, Patricio Jimenez and Gael Valenzuela were flawless, each earning straight-set wins at 6-0, 6-0, setting the tone early for the Warriors. On the girls' side, Ana Terrazas continued her stellar season with a convincing 6-1, 6-1 victory. Kristen Duarte competed in a close match but came up short, falling 4-6, 3-6.

The girls' doubles teams added two more points to the Warriors' total. Ivanna Zepeda and Valeria Quevedo pulled out a tight win in three sets, 6-1, 3-6, 10-5, showing resilience and teamwork. Alyna Rico and Grace Johnson followed with a dominant 6-0, 6-1 victory. The boys' doubles team of Gabe Torres and Adrian Carrillo did not play in this match.

In mixed doubles, the duo of Jeual Castruita and Roman Gomez fell 0-6, 0-6, but the pairing of Hannah Silva-Sampaio and Gerard Flores secured the team win with a thrilling three-set victory, 6-2, 0-6, 10-8.
