Coach Claudia Swann joined the ICS Volleyball program in 2012 and became the Varsity Head Coach in 2014. She first served as a Varsity Assistant Coach before stepping into the head role mid-season.

Since then, she has led the Warriors to TCAF District Championships in 2021, 2022, and 2023, with State Runner-Up finishes in 2021 and 2022, and TCAF State Championships in 2023 and 2024.

Coach Swann was born and raised in El Paso and attended Jesus Chapel, where she played volleyball for seven years in school and with club teams. From 2006 to 2009, she earned All-State and All-City honors, and was named All-City MVP in 2008. She also competed in the National Junior Olympics in 2007, 2008, and 2010.
